When a trader registers an FXCE user account using a referral link and makes trades, they will receive cashback on a portion of the commission fees paid, based on the rate established by the broker. This cashback amount is determined by multiplying the commission the broker earns by the cashback rate set by the broker. The system will automatically compute and pay the commission to the broker, as well as the cashback to the trader on the day after the trade is closed.

Here are steps for brokers to configure cashbacks:

Step 1: Go to the "Referral Management" section.

Step 2: Select the "Record" section.

Step 3: Click on the icon shown in the image below and then adjust the percentage you want to cashback to the trader.

For brokers, the cashbacks for traders will be detailed in the 'My Commission' section, with the transaction type being 'Referral'.

You can search for the customer's account number to filter out cashback transactions specific to that customer.
